Refunds and cancellations

Study material (PDFs)

Because PDFs are delivered instantly and can be copied, purchases are not refundable once a download has started.

We refund in full when:

you were charged but the order did not appear in My purchases within 24 hours, or
you were charged twice for the same order, or
the file is defective and we cannot send a working copy within 3 working days.

Write to contact@your-domain.in with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Refunds for mentorship fees follow the terms confirmed by email when you join.
